Senior Photo Form:  All seniors must fill out this form and submit it to the yearbook office by Tuesday, September 27th.

Senior Photos:  If you are not using the school photographer (Lifetouch), you must submit two copies of your senior photo to the yearbook office on Tuesday October 4th between 2pm and 7pm.  This is the only day that senior photos will be accepted.

Salutations:  Parents who want to submit a baby photo and message for their senior must submit a photo, message, and check by Friday, October 7th.

Ads/Patrons:  Anyone who would like to take out an ad or be listed as a patron in Vestige '11 must submit this form by Friday, October 21st.

The yearbook photographers will be at Pomperaug to take senior photos September 7-10
